At SIGMA, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to SIGMA within 30 days of the product’s purchase.

How to Return or Exchange and Item:

To return or exchange your product(s), please download the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and include it with the return along with a copy of the original invoice.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Returned products must be in brand-new condition and must have all of the original manufacturer’s packing materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Upon inspection, SIGMA will issue a credit for the cost of the product and associated tax. A credit for shipping costs will not be issued.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking insurance.
